We begin with an initial appointment, during which we get get a sense of your lifestyle, goals and your current state of health and wellbeing. After, we'll develop a customized plan with you, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

We will have you complete an online assessment to create your personalized treatment plan. This assessment will include questionnaires about lifestyle, habits and goals.
Psychiatry
Initial Appointments: 1 Hour
Follow ups: 30 minutes
*We do not accept insurance at this time, although many insurance plans cover out-of-network psychiatric services.
